Legal advice in corporate, commercial and inheritance law
We work on the ownership structures, share transfers and commercial receivables of Turkish joint stock and limited companies, and on disputes arising from inheritance. The aim is to get the contract right before a dispute arises, and to make the process predictable once one has.

How we work
Documents first, litigation second
Most commercial disputes arise from matters a few paragraphs, written in time, would have settled.
- 01
Manage the risk in writing first
Articles of association, shareholders agreements, internal directives and supply contracts are the first and often the only evidence available when a dispute arises. Getting those documents right at the outset is both faster and more predictable than the litigation that follows without them.
- 02
Plan the process from the start
How a matter will be pursued, in what order and within what deadlines is settled at the first meeting. Steps taken without weighing preclusive periods, mandatory mediation and the state of the evidence together cannot be undone afterwards.
- 03
Keep commercial reality in view
A claim that can be won in law is not always worth pursuing commercially. Cost, duration and the realistic prospect of recovery are part of the legal assessment, not separate from it.
